How to Order [Top]

1.  Select a category from the left side of the page to view products.

2.  Click on product picture to view larger image, description, and price.

3.  To add item to cart, click "Add To Shopping Cart" at bottom of screen.

4.  Specify desired quantity, size, and color. Then click "Add This Item" at bottom of screen.

5.  Confirm contents of your shopping cart and click "Continue Shopping" to browse more products or "Checkout" to enter shipping and billing information, then submit order.

6.  After your order has been submitted, a list of items ordered along with an order number will be displayed confirming your order has been received.

7.  A copy of this order confirmation will be emailed to the address you provided. All orders should be submitted using your email address.

*Please note that prices do not include sales tax or shipping. If your order is being shipping within California, applicable sales tax will be applied.

1.  This site will accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all for all purchases.

2.  All credit card purchases will be authorized upon checkout and billed once the items have shipped our facility. Credit card charges will say "Custom Logos" as the vendor.

3.  Gift certificates will be available for sale/redemption on this store.  The Gift certificate will be emailed to you upon checkout.

4.  Employees placing orders through this store for business needs should follow the ACE Purchase Order (PO) process. Additional lead time may apply so please plan accordingly.

Shipping Information [Top]

  • All order requests will be addressed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). In stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • UPS/Fedex cannot ship to a PO Box. You must use a street address.
  • Specific Event Date: If the order you are placing is for a specific event, please note that event date in the Special Instructions Section on the Check Out page. Every effort will be made to deliver your order by that date. Please note, by showing an event date in this section, you are authorizing us to ship your order via 1-day, 2-day or 3-day air in order to meet your event date, which will result in increased shipping costs.
  • Please make sure to check residential address when checking out.  We will apply an additional $3.00 charge to all residential shipping address.

    Returns [Top]

    Non-damaged merchandise can be returned for an exchange within 15 days of purchase. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made by Custom Logos.

    Please contact Custom Logos at logistics@customlogos.com for a Return Authorization Number.
